Client Support and Delivery:
Accio have been supporting Tesco since 2007. In this time, we have provided a wealth of services and completed over 1000 projects for our client. We have supported Temporary Supermarkets, DotCom trading, Seasonal Peak trading, and Summer Shops on coastal areas. We are also known for our emergency response to the flooded store in Carlisle when we provided a fully functional volumetric store in 10 days.
In 2019, Accio provided the volumetric Temporary Supermarket to support the major mixed use development. This comprised of 571 residential dwellings, a replacement Tesco store, and flexible A1/A2/A3/B1 space. A temporary replacement store was essential to the success of the scheme.
We worked very closely with Tesco and Berkeley Homes to provide an integrated phasing strategy to support the project. Accio were not only selected for their relationship with Tesco, but also for their unrivalled experience delivering mixed use schemes elsewhere in London.
