The purpose of the awards is to recognise companies with diversity and inclusion within their people and supply chains as the core part of their culture and competitive differentiation. As such, Avetta works with those companies that inculcate an inclusive, people-centred approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors as underpinning features within their safety and sustainability culture.
These prestigious industry awards are based on a set of objective criteria, demonstrating transparency and trust within companies and their associated supply chains. The awards are judged by internal Avetta safety and compliance experts in addition to external industry executives, entrepreneurs and innovators.
Avetta acknowledges these companies as global leaders via their award schemes, and receiving this Diversity award represents a vital milestone for our people within the Accio strategic and operational structural realignment programme.
