Accio are delighted to announce that we have recently been awarded a 2 year Framework Contract to support IVC Evidensia with small works across their UK estate. The works include but are not limited to the incorporation of Design and Build, Intermediate and Minor Works. These works will typically fall into the ‘Small Works’ category of projects such as:
- Site repair/replacement/decoration
- External hard/soft landscaping
- Internal reconfiguration (demolition, partitioning, doors, ceilings etc)
- Floor/wall/ceiling decorations
- Internal shopfit / joinery works
- General M&E installations
- General repairs / works / reactive
