Accio Consult and Construct have today marked their 10th year milestone since incorporation with a special anniversary cake and 2 key organisational changes.
We have come a long way since the two founding directors shook hands over a few pints and loose plan sketched out on a beer napkin in a Cambridge hostelry. Today, at our own owned headquarters in Norfolk, we managed to take a break in our busy schedule to mark the occasion. Richard Rust gave all present in the office today a canter through the last 10 years, since he and Stephen Casey decided to join their complimentary skill sets together to create a potent delivery vehicle in Accio. We have saved some cake for our colleagues not able to get to the office today!
Accio Announce Organisational Changes – Managing Director and Operations Director Roles
On their 10th Anniversary, Accio Consult & Construct is delighted to announce some internal organisational changes and promotions with effect 1st March 2025.
New Managing Director – Danny Sisson becomes Managing Director with full responsibility for the day to day running of the business, providing leadership and support to the internal team and the development of Accio’s growth. Danny will play a key role in meeting the needs of our existing contractor base, our clients and the wider B2B sector. Danny will also be instrumental in building on the firm’s outstanding reputation across our wider identified sectors.
Danny joined Accio in 2017 as a Project Manager and for the last 20 months served as Operations Director, where he has developed his strong skill set and an excellent reputation for relationship building, project delivery and team leadership.
Danny Sisson added, “I am honoured to have been given the opportunity to lead a strong team of people who are market leading and for Accio as a business to focus on delivering for our outstanding client base whilst we become the leading supplier in the UK in our sectors.”

New Operations Director – Accio Consult & Construct seeks to further the senior team’s growth with the appointment of Ashley Walters as Operations Director as the business eyes expansion across all our sectors.
Ashley is an experienced construction professional who joined Accio just over 12 months ago and has proved his suitability for this new role, which entails ensuring the smooth delivery of all projects and resources and the maintenance of high quality outputs.
Ashley Walters said, “I am very pleased to be stepping up as Operations Director, leading a great team of our own people and our excellent subcontract base. I am also looking forward to supporting Danny Sisson is his new role as Managing Director.”
